The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on May 24, 2019 regarding allegations of programs, procedures for emergencies, and supervision. The inspection was initiated on May 31, 2019 between 10:20 am and 12:30 pm. There was follow up inspection was conducted on July 2, 2019. During the inspections, the licensing inspector conducted interviews with staff, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations cited as a result of the complaint inspections at the facility.
